Returns and Refunds:

• We accept returns for unopened bags within 30 days of purchase.

• The product must be in its original packaging and condition, unopened, and unused.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

• For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any opened or partially consumed bags.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact us via email at hello@saltydogtreat.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your unopened products.
